The foundation-stone laying ceremony of Ram Lalla Mandir in Ram Janmabhoomi shall take place on August 5.

The Bhumi Pujan of the grand temple dedicated to Ram Lalla in Ayodhya shall take place on August 5. The construction of the temple shall begin after that. The proposed structure to be built at the Ram Janmabhoomi (birthplace of Shri Ram) site shall be made with the funds contributed by devotees from across the globe. And the Shri Ram Janma Bhoomi Tirth Kshetra Trust has been established to carry out the construction-related work.

According to a PTI report, the trust will accept donations, support and grants from any person in cash or kind including immovable properties, without any conditions. The trust will initially function from the residence of K Parasaran, a senior Supreme Court advocate who has been appointed as the chairman and trustee of the Shri Ram Janma Bhoomi Tirtha Kshetra.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to attend the Bhumi Pujan ceremony and the foundation-stone laying ceremony on August 5. Several arrangements have been made for the historic day. And scared waters and soil from holy rivers have been taken to Ayodhya for the ceremony.
