MoS Railways, SureshAngadi_ and Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa flag off first ever Roll-on-Roll-off (RORO) service of South Western Railway from Nelamangla (near Bengaluru) to Bale (near Solapur)

Roll-on-Roll-off (RORO) is a concept of carrying road vehicles loaded with various commodities, on open flat railway wagons.

Agriculture and industries of the both ends will get tremendous benefit, which will be a win-win for all stake holders.
