NITI Aayog releases India Innovation Index 2020 depicting the innovation landscape at the sub-national level. 

🥇Delhi scores the highest at 46.6.

🏆Amongst the Major States, Karnataka tops at 42.5,followed by Maharashtra 

🏆 Himachal Pradesh tops among the  NE and Hill states .
